[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Ecopro announced on the 29th that its subsidiary, EcoproBM, will acquire an additional 15 million shares of Ecopro Global for 150 billion won.
Ecopro Global is a secondary battery material sales and export company.
After acquiring the stock, Ecopro BM's stake in Ecopro Global will be 100%. The stock acquisition date is August 31 this year.
Ecoprobm said the purpose of the acquisition of the stock was "investment in bipolar materials facilities in Hungary."
