[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Seoul, September 30 – YG Entertainment announced that BLACKPINK’s latest single “JUMP” surpassed 300 million streams on Spotify on September 29, just 80 days after its release on July 11. This marks BLACKPINK’s 19th track to exceed the 300-million-stream milestone.
The achievement sets a new record as the fastest pace ever for a K-pop girl group. Previously, the track also broke records by surpassing 100 million streams in just 17 days—the fastest for a K-pop girl group—and 200 million streams in 44 days, the fastest among all girl group releases in 2025. The only faster 200-million record for a K-pop girl group remains BLACKPINK’s own “Pink Venom” (42 days).
“JUMP” debuted at No. 1 on Spotify’s weekly chart in its first week, making BLACKPINK the K-pop group with the most No. 1 entries on the platform. The track has remained in the chart’s upper ranks for 11 consecutive weeks, even more than two months after its release.
The single is also enjoying long-running success on the U.S. Billboard charts. “JUMP” has extended BLACKPINK’s own record on the Billboard Hot 100, where it has charted for 10 straight weeks. It continues to hold strong positions on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. rankings.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is in the midst of their world tour “BLACKPINK World Tour ”, which kicked off in July with a landmark concert at Goyang Sports Complex—the first K-pop girl group to perform there. The tour spans 16 cities and 33 shows, with North America and Europe already completed successfully. Starting in October, the group will continue across Asia, performing in Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
