[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Seoul, September 30 – DL E&C announced on the 30th that it will begin sales in October for its premium residential complex, “Acro de Seocho,” located at 1333 Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
As the final redevelopment site among the five major reconstruction projects in Seocho-dong, the complex will replace the former Seocho Shindonga 1 and 2 apartments.
The project is subject to government price caps, ensuring competitive pricing. The development will comprise 16 buildings, 39 stories high with 4 underground levels, offering 1,161 units in total, ranging from 59㎡ to 170㎡ in exclusive floor area. Among these, 56 units of 59㎡ will be made available for general sale.
Prime Location and Accessibility
Residents will benefit from excellent transport links, with Gangnam Station (Line 2 & Shinbundang Line) just 600 meters away, and Yangjae Station (Line 3) and Seoul National Univ. of Education Station (Line 2 & 3) also nearby. The complex provides easy access to Gangnam-daero, Teheran-ro, and the Gyeongbu Expressway (Seocho IC).
The development is surrounded by top educational and cultural infrastructure. Seocho Elementary School is adjacent, with Seoun Middle School across the street, and the renowned Daechi-dong private education district within close reach. Major amenities, including Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam, E-Mart, Seoul Arts Center, and Gangnam Severance Hospital, are all within a 2 km radius.
Strong Future Value
The area’s future growth is reinforced by major development projects. The nearby former Army Intelligence Command site is being redeveloped into the Seoripul Complex Development, an office-and-cultural hub scheduled for completion in 2030. In addition, the Gyeongbu Expressway undergrounding project (Yangjae–Hannam) will ease chronic congestion and create a large-scale eco-friendly cultural complex on the surface.
Premium “Acro” Brand Features
The project will feature DL E&C’s flagship high-end brand, Acro, ranked No.1 in brand preference surveys by real estate platform Dabang for four consecutive years.
Residents will enjoy access to “Club Acro”, a premium community space including two sky lounges, an indoor swimming pool, a grand library, and a fitness center. Advanced design and technology features will also be introduced, including the “D-Silent Floor” system to reduce noise between floors, generous 1.58 parking spaces per household, and an AI-powered parking guidance system.
Move-in is scheduled for January 2029.
