[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Seoul, September 15, 2025 — Kolmar Holdings announced on the 15th that Chairman Yoon Dong-han of Kolmar Group and CEO Yoon Yeo-won of Kolmar BNH have filed an appeal against a recent ruling by the Seoul Central District Court.

The appeal challenges the court’s earlier decision to dismiss their request for an injunction. On September 5, the Seoul Central District Court rejected the injunction application filed by Chairman Yoon and CEO Yoon, which sought to prohibit Vice Chairman Yoon Sang-hyun of Kolmar Holdings and the company from convening a temporary shareholders’ meeting of Kolmar BNH and from exercising voting rights in favor of related resolutions.

The court also ruled that the plaintiffs must bear the litigation costs.
