[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Solus Advanced Materials announced on the 29th that it is pursuing a spin-off to divide its battery foil and advanced materials businesses.
Solus Advanced Materials plans to push for a board of directors resolution related to spin-off within the year.
The company said, "It is to present individual growth plans and strengthen the expertise of the business sector."
