SK Securities raised its target price for Hanwha, saying it expects to increase the value of its subsidiaries and increase dividends

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] "The value of Hanwha's subsidiaries is expected to appeal to valuation (evaluation value) in the holding company and is expected to increase dividends due to increased sales in the global sector," SK Securities said on the 4th, raising the target price from 28,000 won to 34,000 won.

"Hanwha's consolidated operating profit last year was 2.4119 trillion won, up 1.8% from the previous year," SK Securities said. "The operating profit of Hanwha Aerospace increased by 64% and the operating loss in the financial sector was reduced."

On the other hand, SK Securities added, "The operating profit on a separate basis fell 85% year-on-year to 13.5 billion won, due to sluggish profitability in the construction sector."

SK Securities raised the target price of Hanwha by 6,000 won, saying, "The net deposit at the end of the fourth quarter of last year is estimated to have decreased to 3 trillion won from 4.4 trillion won."

On the stock market on the 29th, Hanwha closed at 29,400 won, down 0.17% from the previous trading day.
