[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] The presidents of POSCO Group's major affiliates have been newly formed. Jang In-hwa, the next chairman, put more weight on stabilizing the organization by citing "proven experts" who have achieved results in each business group.

POSCO Holdings announced on the 21st that it held a board meeting and voted for the appointment of each company's CEO.

Lee Kye-in (60), vice president of POSCO International, was appointed president of POSCO International.

Jeon Joong-sun (62), former president of POSCO Holdings, was appointed president of POSCO E&C, while Yoo Byung-ok (62), vice president of POSCO Holdings, was appointed president of POSCO FutureM. Current POSCO President Lee Si-woo (64) has remained in office.

Each company will complete the process of appointing a chief executive officer (CEO) at a shareholders' meeting next month.
