In a notice on its official website, Samsung stated, "We deeply apologize for the quality issues reported with some Galaxy Buds 3 series products."

The company explained that customers experiencing issues with their purchased products can seek exchanges or refunds at nearby service centers.

Samsung also assured that it would thoroughly review all processes before the official domestic launch on the 24th to prevent similar issues from recurring.

Recent discussions on online communities have raised concerns about issues with pre-purchased Galaxy Buds 3 series earbuds, including uneven gaps, LED light problems, and durability of the ear tips.
