
[Alpha Biz= Kim Minyoung] Bloodhounds Season 2, starring Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi, has ranked No.1 globally on Netflix.
According to Netflix’s official site Tudum on April 15, the series recorded 7.4 million views last week, topping the non-English TV category.
The show reached No.1 in 14 countries, including South Korea, Türkiye, Morocco, Nigeria, and Jordan, and ranked within the Top 10 in a total of 80 countries.
Season 2 follows protagonists Gun-woo and Woo-jin as they take on a global underground boxing league dominated by money and violence after defeating illegal loan sharks in the first season.
The series has also drawn attention with Rain (Jung Ji-hoon) cast as the main villain, portraying a ruthless figure who dominates an illicit boxing circuit.
Meanwhile, other Korean content also performed well, with God and Law Office ranking 10th in the non-English TV category, and the film Humint placing third among non-English movies.
