[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Seoul, July 2, 2025 — SK Securities reported a turnaround to profitability in the first half of 2025, posting KRW 15.5 billion in net income compared to a loss a year earlier.

However, the rebound was largely fueled by valuation and disposal gains on fair value–measured assets, while core operating cash flow fell into negative territory.

Fee, interest, and dividend income grew only marginally, raising concerns that the company’s profit recovery may lack fundamental support.
