Hugel retires 370,000 treasury shares worth 54.6 billion won

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Hugel plans to retire its own shares to improve shareholder value.

Hugel announced on the 28th that it held a board meeting on the 22nd and decided to retire 371,563 shares of its own shares. It is equivalent to about 3% of the total 12,385,455 shares issued.

The planned amount is 54,587,063,456 won based on the average acquisition price, and the scheduled date is the 29th. When treasury stocks are canceled, the total number of issued stocks decreases, but there is no decrease in capital.
