The merger date is March 1st.

KEP is a company that was spun off from Kakao Enterprise with a capital of 100 million won starting in January of this year.

Kakao Enterprise, which was spun off at the end of 2019 from AI Lab, Kakao's first in-house independent company (CIC), is a company that has reduced and separated its non-core business except for the cloud sector as it suffers from losses.

DK Techin has been providing system integration and information technology (IT) comprehensive services to Kakao affiliates since 2015.
