[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] On May 31, Meritz Securities raised its target price for ISU Petasys from 57,000 won to 62,000 won.

The firm cited an increase in earnings per share (EPS) from 2,260 won to 2,439 won for 2025. They pointed to factors such as the AI accelerator, growth potential in the network market, and supply shortages as reasons for a higher valuation compared to other substrate companies.

Additionally, Meritz Securities forecasted ISU Petasys's second-quarter operating profit to be 24.1 billion won, marking a 31.9 percent increase from the previous year. They also anticipate NVIDIA's sales in AI accelerators to grow from 13% in 2023 to 34% in 2024.
