[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] The major shareholder of eBEST Investment & Securities will be changed to LS Networks. It has been about nine months since I applied for approval to change my major shareholder in April last year.

At a regular meeting on the 18th, the Financial Services Commission voted to change the majority shareholder of eBEST Investment & Securities from G & A Private Equity Investment Company (G & A) to LS Networks.

LS Networks is the largest investor with a 98.8% stake in G & A PEF, and G & A PEF's stake in eBEST Investment & Securities is 61.71% as of June 30 last year. With this vote, the entire stake of eBEST Investment & Securities held by G & A PEF will be transferred to LS Networks.

"LS Networks will quickly report its business combination after holding a board meeting," eBEST Investment & Securities said in a public announcement after the Financial Services Commission's decision. "We will complete the acquisition of our shares after completing the business combination review by the Fair Trade Commission." LS Networks' stock acquisition date may change depending on the FTC's business combination review schedule.
