K-Bank has been rated "A" or higher in the KCGS governance review for five consecutive years

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] K-Bank announced on the 31st that it received the highest "A" rating among Internet banks in a financial company governance evaluation released by the Korea ESG Standards Agency. K-Bank has earned an A or higher grade in governance evaluation for five consecutive years.

It is said that it has been recognized for strengthening the expertise and transparency of the board of directors of K-Bank. K-Bank has formed a board of directors with expertise in the financial industry and bank management capabilities to run the board. In particular, K-Bank explained that it received positive reviews for its high participation rate and active board communication on management issues, with the attendance rate of outside directors reaching 100% at the board meeting held last year.
