K-Bank has earned an A or higher grade in governance evaluation for five consecutive years.

K-Bank has formed a board of directors with expertise in the financial industry and bank management capabilities to run the board. In particular, K-Bank explained that it received positive reviews for its high participation rate and active board communication on management issues, with the attendance rate of outside directors reaching 100% at the board meeting held last year.
