[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] SEOUL, South Korea – October 22, 2025 – CUBE Entertainment announced that its flagship girl group (G)I-DLE has reclaimed the No. 1 position on Japan’s Oricon Daily Album Chart with its Japanese EP “i-dle”, marking a rare chart resurgence two weeks after release.

The EP ranked first from October 18 to 20, regaining the top spot after initially debuting at No. 1 following its October 3 release. In addition to its Oricon success, i-dle also reached top positions across multiple global platforms, including Billboard Japan, Apple Music, iTunes, and China’s QQ Music.

The album — (G)I-DLE’s first Japanese release since their rebranding — features five tracks, including the title song “どうしよっかな (Where Do We Go)” written and composed by leader Soyeon, as well as “愛せなかった世界へ永遠にじゃあね (Farewell to the World)”, “Invincible”, the Japanese version of “Queencard”, and “I Hate Being Sick”, one of their iconic Korean hits.

(G)I-DLE performed all tracks live during their first Japanese arena tour, “2025 (G)I-DLE First Japan Tour [逢い-dle]”. On October 21, the group also released a retro-themed performance video of “Where Do We Go”, inspired by the 1988 Korean College Music Festival concept.
