Chairman Choi pointed out that he defamed A by continuously posting negative media reports related to his live-in girlfriend on a large Internet site.
"It provides a space for haters to operate by writing transparent postings by weaving provocative rumors," Chairman Choi said in the petition. "It is no exaggeration to say that the defendant is making personal attacks on the plaintiffs by using the words of the comment writers."
Choi had previously filed a complaint with the police against Mr. A for defamation in January.
