[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Lee Jae-myung, the representative of the Democratic Party of Korea, strongly criticized the government for neglecting Japan's "Line intrusion." He posted twice about this on his Facebook page on the 11th.

In his first post early that day, he shared media reports suggesting that Takeaki Matsumoto, the Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary who spearheaded the recent sale of the messenger app Line, introduced Itō Hirobumi as his ancestor. Lee questioned, "Where is the South Korean government?" expressing his concern.

Takeaki Matsumoto, the Chief Cabinet Secretary, is regarded as the main figure who pressured Line Corp to undergo structural changes. He oversees finance and telecommunications in the Japanese Cabinet, and it was reported that Line Corp, under the administrative guidance of the Cabinet, strongly urged its parent company, Naver, to undergo capital restructuring.

Furthermore, Lee posted on Facebook that morning, stating "Itō Hirobumi: Colonial land invasion, Itō Hirobumi's grandson: Cyber land Line intrusion," and "Korea and the South Korean government: Blank" to emphasize his point.
