[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Yoon Ho-young, CEO of Kakao Bank, won his fourth consecutive term.
According to the financial sector on the 6th, the Kakao Bank Executive Candidate Recommendation Committee recommended CEO Yoon as the final candidate for the next CEO on the 23rd of last month.
Yoon was born in 1971 and served as vice president of Daum Communications. He led the establishment of Kakao Bank as the head of Kakao Mobile Bank TF (Task Force). He has been the CEO of Kakao Bank since 2016.
Yoon will be finally appointed after a board meeting and a shareholders' meeting scheduled for the end of this month. The term of office is two years from the 29th.
