SK Networks Completes Sale of SK Rent-a-Car

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] SK Networks announced on the 20th that it has completed the sale of its entire 100% stake in SK Rent-a-Car.

In June, SK Networks' board approved the sale of its 100% stake in SK Rent-a-Car to Affinity Equity Partners. Following the approval, the company has finalized all procedures with the buyer and has received the transaction payment. The sale amount was 820 billion KRW, and SK Networks clarified that it will adjust the payment by 11.4 billion KRW in accordance with the settlement terms of the sale contract.

SK Networks stated, "With a more stabilized financial structure, we plan to accelerate the transition to an AI-based business model for future growth and continuously enhance the value for stakeholders including members and shareholders."
