[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] KOSDAQ-listed company Neoorigin announced on the 28th that it has established DC Virus, a Korea-China B2B platform company.

With the establishment of DC Virus, NEORIGIN acquired a 100% stake in Alibaba and 1688.com's Korean business rights and completed the incorporation of the subsidiary.

As a result, China's Alibaba 1688 linked B2B platform business, which NEORIGIN is focusing on, is on track.

After establishing DC Virus, a Korean-Chinese B2B platform business company, NEORIGIN has been stepping up efforts to strengthen its organizational system and develop shopping malls.
