[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] SM announced on the 22nd that its largest shareholder has been changed from former SM producer Lee Soo-man to HYBE.
HYBE became the largest shareholder as it acquired 3,523,420 shares, or 14.8% of former general manager Lee's 18.5% stake in SM (4,392,368 shares).
