[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Kakao says it has recently begun the process of selling its controversial golf course corporate membership.

Hong Eun-taek, CEO of Kakao, said yesterday (30th) on the company's in-house bulletin board, "The recovered funds will be used to increase the welfare of executives and employees."

Kim Jung-ho, general manager of Kakao CA Council and a member of the Compliance and Trust Committee, has accepted the issue, and he also said that he has prepared an improvement plan for the external cooperation expenses mentioned by Kim.

He also stressed that the Ansan Data Center, Seoul Arena, and Jeju idle land development process were also set up to conduct an audit.
