[Alpha Biz= Ellie Kim] LS Cable & System has secured a long-term supply agreement with Meta to provide power infrastructure for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers in the United States, with the total contract value estimated at up to KRW 4 trillion.

The agreement, confirmed on May 18, will be executed through LS Cable & System U.S.A., a subsidiary of Gaon Cable under the LS Cable group. Under the deal, LS Cable will supply busduct systems—critical power distribution infrastructure—to Meta’s large-scale AI data center projects across the U.S.

The contract is structured as a framework supply agreement running through December 31, 2030. Final supply volumes and contract values will be determined based on individual purchase orders issued by Meta over time.

Based on projected supply scenarios, LS Cable estimates the cumulative contract value to range between KRW 2 trillion and KRW 4 trillion, positioning the company as a key supplier in the rapidly expanding AI data center infrastructure market.
