Lunit CEO Seo Beom-seok transferred 18 billion won worth of shar

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Lunit, a medical artificial intelligence (AI) company, announced on the 6th that its CEO Seo Beom-seok transferred 77,000 shares, changing its stake from 1.81% to 1.15%.

As a result, CEO Seo's number of shares dropped from a total of 220,000 to 143,000. Lunit explained in a public announcement that it was "a division of property due to consensual divorce."

LUNIT's stock price rose 1.5% to 234,500 won on the same day. As of that day, CEO Seo's transferred shares are worth about 18 billion won.

"The shares that transferred ownership will be protected for three years from the date of listing, and we have confirmed that the change in equity will have no impact on the company's management," Lunit said.
