Chung Ji-sun, chairman of Hyundai Department Store Group, gives his entire stake in Hyundai Green Food to his family

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Chung Ji-sun, chairman of Hyundai Department Store Group, gave all of his shares of Hyundai Green Food to his family, including his wife, children and nephew.

Hyundai Green Food announced on the 5th that Chairman Chung gave the same 2.92% of 12.67% of his shares to his wife Hwang Seo-rim, his son Chung Chang-deok and daughter Jung Da-na. A total of 4,293,097 shares were donated, amounting to 51.4 billion won.

Chung also donated a 1.3 percent stake in Hyundai Green Food to his younger brother, Chung Chang-wook, Chang-joon and Chang-yoon, the three sons of Hyundai Department Store Group Vice Chairman Chung Kyo-sun.
