[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] KSS Shipping announced on November 11 that it has acquired the Gas Caserin, an 86,000CBM (Cubicmeter) super-large gas carrier.
As a result, KSS Shipping has built 30 ships.
KSS Shipping has completed the acquisition of two LPG propulsion ships to be introduced this year by acquiring the Gas Kaiserin.
The Gas Kaiserin is equipped with a dual-fuel propulsion engine in preparation for greenhouse gas regulations, allowing both LPG and heavy and light oil to be used as fuel.
It will be put into a long-term transportation contract with BGN Group, a European global energy company.
