[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Lotte Chairman Shin Dong-bin will be appointed as an in-house director of Lotte Chilsung Beverage.
Lotte Chilsung Beverage announced on the 3rd that it will hold a regular shareholders' meeting at Lotte Hotel World in Songpa-gu on the 22nd and deal with the issue of appointing Chairman Shin as an in-house director of Lotte Chilsung Beverage.
Shin became an in-house director of Lotte Chilsung Beverage in 2017 and was re-elected in 2019, but resigned in December of the same year.
Chairman Shin's return to management through the appointment of an in-house director is reportedly aimed at making quick decisions in strengthening responsible management, global investment, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and business expansion.
