The application for invalidation of the patent filed by Daesang and Samyangsa, which produce allulose in Korea, was accepted. According to the legal and food industry on the 12th, the sixth division of the Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal ruled that "patent registration is invalidated" on the free trial of the Allulose syrup patent filed against the UK's Tate & Riley Technology Limited.
