[Apha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Carbonco, a company specializing in decarbonization solutions established by DL E&C, will participate in the establishment of Indonesia's Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Value Chain.

Carbonco announced on the 12th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with GE Bernova and BP for the Indonesian combined-thermal power plant CCS construction project.

Participants such as GE Werner and BP develop CCS value chains that cover the collection, transportation, and storage of carbon dioxide.

BP is developing a facility that can store about 1.8 billion tons of carbon dioxide in the Tangu area. This is expected to be Indonesia's first CCS hub.
