[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] About 20 investors in the virtual currency 'Wemix' sued Jang Hyun-kook, CEO of coin issuer Wemade.

According to related industries on the 13th, the law firm Gwangya, along with some 20 "Wemix" investors, delivered a complaint against Jang Hyun-kook, head of Wemade, to the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office on the 11th on charges of fraud and fraudulent transactions under the Capital Market Act.

"WeMade caused great damage by deceiving investors with false information in the process of issuing and selling Wemix," Gwangya said. Wemade has not received the complaint yet.
