Users suffered inconvenience due to a service access failure at Kakao Pay Securities.
According to Kakao Pay Securities on the 13th, access, transfer, and overseas stock trading were not carried out smoothly due to service delays in the Kakao Pay Securities app for about 40 minutes from 11:30 p.m. on the 12th.
For this reason, overseas stock investors complained of inconvenience, such as missing the timing of the sale.
An official from Kakao Pay Securities said, "It was difficult to use the service at that time due to an internal system error," and explained, "Now, all services are available."
