[Alpha Biz= Kim Sangjin] YG Entertainment announced on January 21 that it will hold the "2025 YG National Audition Tour" from February 7 to February 23 to discover the next generation of K-pop talent.
The auditions will take place in six cities across South Korea: Gwangju (February 7), Daejeon (February 8), Jeonju (February 9), Daegu (February 15), Busan (February 16), and Seoul (February 22–23), for a total of seven sessions.
The auditions are open to domestic residents born between 2007 and 2014, regardless of gender or nationality. Applicants can choose one area of focus—vocal, rap, dance, or visual—that they feel most confident in showcasing.
Both pre-registration and on-site registration are available. Pre-registration can be completed on the YG Audition website by noon on the Monday before each city's audition date, while on-site registration is open until 4 PM on the day of the audition at the specified location.
Over the years, YG Entertainment has produced globally influential K-pop artists, including BIGBANG, 2NE1, BLACKPINK, WINNER, iKON, TREASURE, and BABYMONSTER.
Successful candidates from this audition will have the opportunity to train with YG’s experts and grow into leading figures in the K-pop industry. More details can be found on the YG Audition website and official social media channels.
