[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Consumers were in great confusion from the end of the year to the new year due to computer errors in Asiana Airlines' mileage-only shopping mall "Weekly deals."

Asiana Airlines did not check the computer error until the morning of the 1st and conducted a full investigation after identifying the cause. Misdeducted mileage for consumers only recovered around 11 p.m. on the same day.

Asiana Airlines guided its customers by text message after 9 a.m. on the 2nd, two days later.
