Doosan Robotics promotes KOSPI listing in October

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Doosan Robotics is planning to list KOSPI in October.

Doosan Robotics submitted a securities report to the Financial Services Commission on the 23rd and announced that it has started a public offering process for the KOSPI listing.

A total of 16.2 million shares are being offered this time. The estimated public offering price is 21,000~26,000 won, and the total estimated public offering price is 340.2 billion~421.2 billion won.

Demand forecasts will be carried out from the 11th to the 15th of next month, and general subscriptions will be received from the 21st to the 22nd.

Mirae Asset Securities Co. and Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. co-chairmen are KB Securities Co., NH Investment & Securities Co. and CS Securities Co.

The industry expects Doosan Robotics to be listed on KOSPI in October.

Doosan Robotics plans to upgrade its technology by using the funds raised through this listing for research and development and production capacity enhancement.

In addition, the company plans to strengthen its software platform to build an ecosystem that encompasses the entire cooperative robot market.

In addition, the company is actively considering expanding overseas channels to expand its business and expanding its business into the general-purpose business-to-consumer (B2C) robot market in the long run.
