Shinhan Financial Group held a temporary board meeting with its subsidiary's CEO nomination committee on the 19th and recommended representatives from nine affiliates, including Shinhan Investment & Securities and Shinhan Capital.

Shinhan Investment & Securities President Kim Sang-tae, Shinhan Capital President Chung Woon-jin, Shinhan Asset Management President Cho Jae-min, Jeju Bank President Park Woo-hyuk, Shinhan Savings Bank President Lee Hee-soo, Shinhan DS President Cho Kyung-sun, Shinhan Fund Partners President Jung Ji-ho, Shinhan REITs Management President Kim Ji-wook and Shinhan Venture Investment President Lee Dong-hyun were recommended as candidates for re-election.
