[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] LG U+ held a meeting at the LG U+ Yongsan office building on the 16th and announced the launch of 'Cargo It Go', a freight transport brokerage digital conversion (DX) platform that matches freight forwarders who dispatch vehicles on behalf of cargo transporters and borrowers who transport cargo. It was announced that it would be released on the 18th.

It provides smart dispatch management and real-time transportation control services, a quick settlement and performance management system, an optimal cargo dispatch system based on artificial intelligence (AI), and a navigation integration function exclusively for trucks. Ultimately, the plan is to expand it into an integrated community platform where arrangers and borrowers can collect information related to freight transportation.

As LG U+, following SK Telecom's T Map Mobility, KT, and Kakao, also enters the middle mile market, competition in the market is expected to become more intense.
