[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] The National Pension Service plans to vote against Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Lotte Fine Chemical, Lotte Chilsung Beverage and Hansol Chemical at the regular shareholders' meeting to be held soon. Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motor and Hyundai Mobis plan to vote in favor of the shareholders' meeting.

The National Pension Service Fund Management Headquarters announced on the 18th that it plans to exercise voting rights on 11 listed companies, including Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor, which will be held from the 20th to the 21st. Subject to the disclosure of such pre-voting rights are listed companies with a 10% or more stake in the National Pension Service or a 1% or more stake in the local stock portfolio.

Of the 11 listed companies that the National Pension Service has announced plans to exercise their voting rights, four have decided to oppose more than one agenda of the shareholders' meeting, including Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Lotte Fine Chemical, Lotte Chilsung Beverage, and Hansol Chemical.

The National Pension Service will vote against the proposal to increase the remuneration limit at shareholders' meetings of Samsung Electro-Mechanics and Hansol Chemical. Lotte Fine Chemical plans to oppose the maintenance of the repair limit.
