OK Savings Bank has an 8.49% stake as the largest shareholder of DGB Financial Group

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] DGB Financial Group announced on the 18th that the largest shareholder was changed from the National Pension Service to OK Savings Bank.

According to the disclosure, the stake of OK Savings Bank increased from 7.53% (12,736,884 shares) to 8.49% (14,353,529 shares).

On the other hand, the stake of the National Pension Service decreased from 8.00% (13,525,178 shares) to 7.99% (13,520,000 shares).

The largest shareholder change date is February 29, and the reason for the change is 'change according to shareholder list confirmation'.
