In a notice posted on its website on December 3, Netmarble stated that the new findings were uncovered during an ongoing internal investigation.

The newly identified leaked information includes:

3,185 customer support inquiry records, including customers’ names, email addresses, and identity verification details,

2,022 online job applicant records, including names, emails, religious affiliation, and other application data,

966 records containing names, emails, and mobile phone numbers of visitors to the company’s booth at a 2011 job fair, and

Netmarble reported a total of 8,048 additional records affected across these four categories.
