Ilooda has signed a settlement agreement with Serendia regarding the US ITC investigation

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] The Ilooda announced on March 4 that it has signed an agreement with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) investigation on March 31 last year.

The license for six U.S. patents held by Serendia will be granted to Iruda, and Ilooda will pay the settlement to Serendia within 10 days and the license fee by the 31st of this month.

The specific amount was not disclosed in accordance with the confidentiality clause. However, the disclosure was made because it is currently more than 10% of the equity capital.
