Kumho Petrochemical retires 380 billion won, or half of its shares

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Kumho Petrochemical announced on the 6th that it will retire half of its shares over the next three years.

Kumho Petrochemical said it will split 50 percent of its existing shares over three years to enhance shareholder value.

2,624,417 shares (9.2%) are subject to retirement. It is worth 379 billion won based on the closing price on the 6th.
