[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] SEOUL, South Korea — November 3, 2025 — SK bioscience Co., Ltd. (KRX: 302440) announced that it recorded a consolidated operating loss of ₩19.4 billion for the third quarter of 2025, narrowing from a ₩39.6 billion loss in the same period last year.

The company reported ₩150.8 billion in revenue, up 144.6% year-on-year, while net profit reached ₩21.1 billion, marking a turnaround from losses a year earlier.

SK bioscience attributed the performance improvement to steady earnings contributions from its subsidiary IDT Biologika, acquired in October 2024, and to expanded sales of its proprietary vaccines.
As a result, cumulative consolidated revenue for the first three quarters jumped more than fourfold year-on-year to ₩467.2 billion, driven by increased customer acquisition and orders in Europe and North America.

The company also highlighted robust sales of its cell culture-based influenza vaccine, SKYCellflu, which is being supplied at the start of Korea’s vaccination season and exported to Thailand, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian markets.
Exports of its varicella vaccine, SKYVaricella, also continued to perform well.

In addition, the distribution of Sanofi’s vaccines, including the hexavalent vaccine Hexaxim and the RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) preventive antibody Beyfortus, contributed to overall revenue growth.

SK bioscience stated that it has maintained an aggressive investment strategy to secure long-term growth, investing over ₩100 billion in R&D last year and further increasing that amount in 2025.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to advancing vaccine innovation and expanding its global portfolio through strategic investments and partnerships.
