[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] Koo Ji-eun, vice chairman of Our Home, who was forced to leave the company during a dispute over managerial control between his siblings, conveyed his feelings to employees.

"It is embarrassing and regrettable that the current situation took place without sincere consultation between shareholders to maintain the company's growth and global business and those who want to sell it immediately," Vice Chairman Koo Ji-eun said on an in-house bulletin board on the 17th. "I am reflecting on the lack of me."

He added, "The changed situation and environment may be somewhat unfamiliar and uncomfortable, but there will be no big concern if you do as you faithfully worked."

Koo is the third daughter of the late Koo Ja-hak founder and holds a 20.67% stake in Our Home. Although it achieved positive results last year, it was forced to retire after a dispute over management rights between siblings.
