NH Nonghyup Bank's credit card payment and remittance were suspended for 40 minutes due to computer failure

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] Due to a computer failure at NH Nonghyup Bank, card payments, ATMs (ATMs), and remittances and deposits through applications were suspended for about 40 minutes.

"The delay occurred due to a temporary increase in access to banks and card applications nationwide between 6 p.m. and 6:20 p.m. today," NH Nonghyup Bank said on the 9th. "It was normalized between 6:40 p.m. and 6:45 p.m."

At the time of computer failure, users of NH Nonghyup Bank had difficulty in making payments through check cards and simple payment services linked to their accounts. Bank and credit card application services also failed, making it difficult to remit and deposit, as well as to check the balance.
