[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Kiwoom Securities experienced delays in order execution on its trading system.
According to Kiwoom Securities on the 3rd, a system issue caused delays in order execution on both its Home Trading System (HTS) and Mobile Trading System (MTS) starting around 9:05 AM. The company informed customers via a notice, stating, "Order processing is not running smoothly, and we are working to resolve the issue quickly."
However, the issue has now been fully resolved.
A Kiwoom Securities representative stated, "The relevant departments are currently investigating the cause."
