[Exclusive] Samsung Electronics to Supply HBM3E 12-High Stacks to NVIDIA

[Alpha Biz (Chicago) – Kim Ji-sun, Lee Jun-hyun] – Samsung Electronics has confirmed it will begin supplying HBM3E 12-high stacks to NVIDIA.


 

According to a report by Alpha Biz on the 12th, NVIDIA and Samsung Electronics have recently reached an agreement to supply HBM3E 12-high stacks.




Under the terms of the agreement, NVIDIA will receive a sequential supply of 30K to 50K units of the HBM3E 12-high stacks from Samsung Electronics in the near future.



The HBM3E 12-high stacks supplied by Samsung Electronics will be exclusively used in liquid-cooled servers, sources revealed.



Regarding this matter, Samsung Electronics commented, "We are unable to confirm this."
