[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] SEOUL, South Korea – October 22, 2025 – A Chinese woman accused of attempting to trespass into BTS member Jungkook’s home has been granted suspension of indictment (non-prosecution) by South Korean prosecutors, according to the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office on Tuesday.

The 30-year-old woman, identified only by her surname A, was investigated for attempted housebreaking after she allegedly tried to enter Jungkook’s residence on June 11, the same day the singer completed his military service.
Police were dispatched after receiving a report that she had repeatedly entered door lock passwords at the front entrance of Jungkook’s home.

Prosecutors said they decided not to indict her last month, citing the fact that the offense was only attempted, and that she has since left Korea, lowering the risk of recidivism.

“The suspect stated that she came to Korea to see Jungkook after his discharge,” a police official said.

The case was referred to prosecutors without detention in August, and the woman has since returned to China.
