[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] SPC Group Chairman Huh Young-in, who is suspected of ordering Paris Baguette bakers from the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions to withdraw from the union and penalize them, was arrested on the 5th.

Nam Chun-kyu, a senior judge in charge of warrants at the Seoul Central District Court who conducted a warrant review of Chairman Heo in the afternoon of the previous day, issued an arrest warrant sought by the prosecution against Chairman Heo at around 2 a.m. on charges of violating the Labor Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act.

Chief Judge Nam explained the reason for issuing the warrant, saying, "There is a risk of destroying evidence."
