The Fair Trade Commission said on the 14th that it will impose a correction order on ▷ Hanssem ▷ fursys ▷ Enex for violating the agency law.
According to the FTC's investigation, Hanssem and Persys signed a contract with the agency in January 2017 to prevent them from paying sales incentives if they fail to fully pay for the goods on the payment date.
Even if the agency paid in full after the payment date, the entire sales incentive was not paid regardless of the ratio of the unpaid amount and the number of days of delay.
The unpaid amount is a total of 266 million won to 78 dealerships for Hanssem and 43 million won for Persys to 25 dealerships.
In particular, Hanssem asked the agency to enter consumer sales prices into the management information system from December 2020 to November last year, citing the settlement of consumer disputes.
Enex set a sales target for agents based on quarterly sales from the fourth quarter of 2013 to the third quarter of 2021, and imposed a "sales penalty" of 390 million won on 27 agents that failed to achieve this.
The Fair Trade Commission decided to impose sanctions on the agency, believing that the act unfairly used its trading status to penalize the agency.
